Cricademia runs 1-to-1 and group coaching for juniors and adults, led by Academy Director Ghulam Rafique, named ECB Coach of the Year in 2021.
Our coaches have built junior sections from the ground up. At New Rover CC, the high performance programme now supports more than thirty young players.
